• How many people is in a maid team?

Completely Maid recommends teams of 2. 2 maids are the best since the job can get done quickly and yet the staff isn't tripping over each other in your home. Some companies especially independents use only 1 and Completely Maid believes this isn't enough to get the job done right.

• What is green cleaning or green house cleaning?

Green cleaning is especially important for the health of our clients. Completely Maid looks to find the best green cleaning supplies and works in an environmentally conscious way to eliminate waste and unnecessary packaging. Our green cleaning service makes sure that we bring the best chemicals and non toxic cleaning supplies with us to each home.

• Is this cleaning going to be a "deep cleaning" or a "surface cleaning"?

Completely Maid recommends that a "deep cleaning" is done the first time you have us out and then followed up with additional deep cleanings either once or twice a year. A deep cleaning is great for detail work and making sure the all the ceiling fans, baseboards, spot cleaning walls, and cabinets are cleaned perfectly. This kind of cleaning takes longer and cost more. "Surface cleaning" is perfect for clients that already had a deep cleaning and are making sure that kitchens and bathrooms are disinfected as well as the rest of the house is dusted.

• Does your maid staff speak English?

Completely Maid's staff all speak English - this way when we come out for your house cleaning needs, everyone can communicate with you. Not all maid services promise this level of communication.

• Is your maid service bonded and insured? 

Of course we are! Make sure anyone else you get quotes from is too. This is a huge issue for home owners if you let someone work on your property you are considered their boss. So if someone gets injured on your property make sure that before they start work that they have the proper insurance to cover themselves and your property.

• What is your policy if something get broken?

If you are home during the damage we of course will immediately bring it to your attention. However if you are not home at the time of service one of our managers will call you right away to let you know what happened. Obviously no matter how careful we try to be - accidents can and do happen. For this reason Completely Maid does not cleaning large LCD / Plasma / LED Televisions and we do not touch chandeliers either.

• Is your maid service and house cleaning a flat rate or hourly rate?

Completely Maid believe that when you hire someone for an hourly rate they aren't motivated to get the job done quickly. After all you are paying them more if they take longer! Completely Maid makes sure you are on a flat rate. This way if we go over the budgeted hours it is on us.

• What types of payment can your house cleaning service except?

Completely Maid makes it easy to pay for your cleanings. You can pay with any credit card or check and as always cash.

• How often do I need my house cleaned for a discount?

Many companies who charge by the hour don't offer discounts for regular surface cleaning. Completely Maid does offer as much as 50% off our normal deep cleaning prices for recurring maid services.

• Can your maid service clean granite, marble, stone, and stainless steal?

Many maid services just wipe down these types of surfaces. Completely Maid brings special cleaning solutions with them for these surfaces each and every time. This saves you money!

• What happens if I am not happy with the maid service?

Completely Maid offers a 24 hour guarantee - this means if you aren't satisfied with Completely Maid's cleaning - just call us up tell us what we missed and we can come right back out to fix our mistake for free.
